Terms and Conditions

Before we begin working together, you will be asked to complete a client information form, read and sign a therapy agreement and Privacy Notice. While paperwork can sometimes feel a little daunting, it helps ensure we work together in a professional, transparent, and ethical way. These documents explain how I work, how your personal information is handled, and cover important topics such as confidentiality, professional boundaries, fees, cancellations, and the collection and handling of relevant medical and personal information.

As part of my professional practice, I work under regular clinical supervision in accordance with ethical and professional requirements. Supervision supports safe, reflective, and effective practice, and your confidentiality is maintained throughout.

Cancellation Policy

I will always offer an alternative appointment within the same calendar week, subject to availability. If it is not possible to reschedule within the same week, whether due to the therapist's or the client's availability the terms below apply.

Full session fee will be payable

Other Policies & Confidentiality

TIME MANAGEMENT:

Should you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time and the full session fee remains payable. This ensures the smooth running of my practice and allows me to honour the dedicated appointment times of all clients.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:

A £15 deposit is required to secure your booking. A secure payment link will be sent to you once your appointment has been confirmed. The remaining balance will be invoiced after your session via a separate secure payment link.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

All personal information disclosed during a session will be confidential. However, there are some exceptions: Biodynamic Massage Therapists are required to have regular and on-going supervision, in line with the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy (LSBP), the Association of Biodynamic Massage Therapy (ABMT) codes of ethics and ICO (Information commissioner office) data protection Policies.

Supervision is essential for reviewing and monitoring a therapist’s work as well as an opportunity to gain new perspectives on the therapeutic process.

In the unlikely event that there is cause for concern for your safety, or the safety of someone you know, I may need to speak to another professional, such as your GP or other professional service. I will discuss this with you first if at all possible.
